I/We request that I/We may be registered for priority allotment of a Villa/Plot in your project
known as DEVASTHALI – THE VALLEY OF GODS, being developed by your company at Goa.
Details of Villa/Plot
Term & Conditions
1. Stamp duty, Registration Fee, Legal and Documentation Charges to be borne by the Allottee and will be payable extra as per actual.
2. External Development charges are included in prices as demanded/levied from the Company by the Government of Goa. In case of any increase in the External Development charges, in future, the same shall be paid by the Allottee proportionately.
3. Application amount of Rs. 1,00,000/- (Rs. One Lacs only) has been paid by the Applicant(s)
vide NEFT/RTGS/Credit Card reference no. _______________________.
4. All payments to be made in favour of M/S Tantra Designs Pvt. Ltd. A/c No. 50200000895204 HDFC Bank Ltd, 725-1, Airport Road, Chicalim, Goa – 403711. IFSC Code : HDFC0000374
I/We agree that on the basis of this application there is no deemed allotment unless allotment is confirmed by the Company duly signed by an authorized Director of the Company subsequent to the payment of application money. The application money will be adjusted towards the payment of the first instalment or shall be refunded in case of non-allotment.
I/We are desirous of having a villa constructed and agree that the construction of the UNIT shall be carried out by a construction contract with Devasthali Infrastructure LLP which shall be entered upon prior to the execution of sale deed.
I/We further agree to pay the Company in accordance with the opted instalment plan of the Company. I/We understand that the timely payment is the essence of the transaction. I/We am/are fully aware of consequences on account of non-payment within the stipulated time.
If for any reason, the Company is unable to allot the plot/villa to me/us, no claim of any nature monetary or otherwise would be raised by me/us except that the advance money paid by me/us shall be refunded to me/us without any interest.
I further agree and confirm that the Company is not bound by any information, expressly or implied provided in any Brochure,Advertisement, Hoarding, Pamphlet, etc. except as specifically laid down in the Allotment Letter of the aforesaid plot/villa, signed by an authorised Director of the Company.
