Welcome to DevasthaliDevasthali Resort IRS
The lush green acres of the Devasthali estate in Goa sit on the gentle slopes of a hill side in a scenic valley. Dotted with natural springs, the land is bounded by a fresh water stream which meanders through a paddy field to meet the sea at the Hollant beach just 800 meters away. This small hill station is only about 3 kms from the airport and one of the primmest real estate in Goa.
Devasthali has pioneered the Integrated Resort Scheme (IRS) in India where privately owned residences are integrated with high end holiday resorts. The residences are managed by Devasthali as a holiday resort on revenue sharing basis. The first phase was inaugurated in 2010 in association with Best Western - the world's largest hotel chain , with studios, 1BHK and 2BHK apartments.
In the second phase which is now on offer, Devasthali brings to you a world class 5 star villa resort which is in the form of a hill station very close to the beach.
Luxury 3/4 BHK villas will be built on freehold divided plots on the hill side slopes. All villas will have their own private swimming pools and this charming hill station will also have an exclusive club house. The project is planned to be inaugurated within three years form now.
Devasthali Luxury Beach Resort has the distinction of being Goa's most awarded resort and its two decade old legacy of excellence promises to translate into a superb return on investment for its villa owners.
Sitting on the slopes of a charming hillside, fully furnished, world class 3/4 BHK luxury villas, each with a private swimming pool. Being a sloping hillside, each villa will be unique and crafted along the contours of the land.
The engineering challenge of building this resort while preserving the natural beauty of the land is being undertaken by the highly skilled team of Architects, Engineers and Designers of Devasthali.
Often referred to as above or 'Goa's hidden gem', the Hollant beach is the closest beach to the Goa airport and is situated on a small bay – a fisherman's cove. The beach is essentially untouched by touristic crowds and has a few fishermen's houses in a most charming setting. Legend has it that the Hollant beach was put to ample use by silver smugglers in times gone by. There still exits an old customs check post on one end of the beach and a holy cross built upon the rocks jutting out towards the sea. The short walk from Devasthali to the beach is mesmerizing as the road winds through tall coconut trees with a paddy field to the left and hill slopes to the right. Devasthali Marine Vision encompasses the creation of a jetty on the Hollant beach taking full advantage of its location in the center of Goa’s coastline. Speed boats and catamarans will provide easy access to the exotic beaches like Vengurla in the north and Gokarna in the south. Subject to government approval, this shall be Devasthali’s gift to the residents and visitors to Goa.
